WARRANTY COVERAGE AND POLICIES
- All Fine Fixtures products include a 1-year limited warranty against Manufacturer Defects unless otherwise specified.
- Fine Fixtures reserves the right to update and modify its policies at any time without prior notice.
- Our warranty only covers items purchased through our authorized dealers; however items bought from third-party sellers, used items, and resold items are not covered.
- Warranties do not cover damages or charges associated with installation, labor, repair, removal, or consequential damages.
- Damages resulting from moving or installation are not considered defects and are not covered under these warranties.
- Product damage related to the original order’s shipping falls within the seller’s policy and is not covered by the general warranty.
- Warranties do not cover product failure caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or damage due to handling or faulty installation.
- Warranties only apply to the original purchasers and the initial product installation. They become void if the product is moved from its original installation.
- Fine Fixtures must be notified in writing upon discovery of any defect in the product, including a detailed description of the alleged defect.
- Defective products or parts will be replaced promptly after review and approval by the designated department after the defect is proven.
- Warranties do not apply to local building code compliance. Buyers should check related plumbing codes before purchasing and installation.
- Raw materials used in the manufacturing of Fine Fixtures furniture may naturally vary in appearance, including grain character, color differences, and natural imperfections in wood, which occur naturally and cannot be considered defects.
- Lumber and veneer products may experience color changes and surface damage when exposed to extreme temperature and moisture changes or prolonged direct sunlight. These natural color changes and variations are not covered under warranty.
- Due to its nature, wood ages and changes in color and texture over time due to exposure to light and oxygen. These natural modifications are not covered by the warranty.
- Although Fine Fixtures strives to match color on warranty replacement parts to the best of its ability, no guarantee of an exact color and style match is made.
- The approval of a claim depends on the verification of the original order date and information.
- To ensure proper approval of your claim, we require proof of the original order information and date.
- Any item repaired or replaced under Warranty will be covered by the Limited Warranties for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
- All information must be filled out accurately. Submissions with incomplete details may not be processed.
- Our team may contact the customer via phone or email to gather additional information or details to complete the claim.
- Fine Fixtures will make every effort to obtain all necessary evidence to process the claim and retains the right to reject a warranty claim if the required evidence is not provided.
